Humble Bee Pastry was born from a heart for service, a need to create, and a love for people.

 

Baking is not just about celebrating life’s special occasions, it’s also about bringing people together and creating a sense of community.  I am a formally trained artist with more than fifteen years of professional baking and decorating experience.  I love making beautiful, unique, handcrafted, and delicious desserts and seeing people gather around them to celebrate life’s special and fleeting moments.  

   

Good food, creativity, and a sense of community were always present and encouraged in my family from a very young age. Our family dinner table was constantly buzzing because all were welcome, any time, all the time.  I was fortunate to understand, from a very young age, that food was at the core of building relationships.
