How do I place an order?

 

Please use our contact submission form, email humblebeepastry@gmail.com, or text/call us at 512/639-8174 to place an order and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.

 

Info to include in your email: Your full name, phone number, time and date order is needed, place of delivery (if it is to be a delivery), number of servings needed and basic designs/flavors.  Inspiration photos are helpful, please email any if you have a specific design in mind!

 

How much lead time do you need?

 

Two weeks for most orders.  Some desserts can be done with shorter notice, ask and we will let you know if we have availability.

 

For wedding cakes/desserts and larger orders, a minimum of 3-weeks notice is required.

     

Do you deliver/what is the charge for delivery?

 

Yes.  There is a $75 minimum order for delivery. Delivery is charged at $2.50 per mile. Set-up is no additional charge.  

 

Do you offer any gluten-free desserts?

 

Yes.  Most of our cake flavors can be made gluten-free for an additional charge.  Just ask us!  We also offer a gluten-free version of our decorated sugar cookies and our gourmet cookie line.  We have macarons too! *Please note, we are NOT a “certified gluten-free bakery”.

    

Do you offer cake tastings and consultations?

 

Yes.  We offer cake tastings and consultations for weddings and larger events (tiered cakes-75 servings and up). We are currently conducting our cake tastings and consultations by phone appointment, due to COVID-19.  Here’s how it works: choose 3 cake flavors and fillings to taste and email or call us to set up a phone appointment for your consultation (please give us a minimum of two-weeks notice).  The tasting fee is $35.  In your email, please include your event date, time, location, number of guests expected, and a brief description of what kind of cake or desserts you are looking for.

 

Are you certified for health and safety?

 

Yes. We are food safety certified by an ANSI accredited program that has been approved by the Texas DSHS.  We are practicing all COVID-19 sanitation and safety protocols.  We have more than 15 years of professional baking, decorating and food safety experience.  We are a cottage bakery and food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.  

 

Do you ship?

 

At this time, we do not ship.
